Amira's Halloween Play Challenge #7 - Halloween Script + PRIZE REVEAL

Welcome back to the LAST DAY of the Halloween Play Challenge!

Today I am playing with the Vintage Spirits Die by Sizzix and Tim Holtz

These dies make GREAT sentiments on cards.

Card 1- Fright

For this card, I used VersaMark and black embossing powder to add the "Happy Halloween" and the spider. Next, I used Distress Ink 'Carved Pumpkin' to ink around the edges leaving a bright white centre.

Next, I die-cut the word 'Fright' out of the glitter foam.

I then added a pumpkin in the corner and some grid stamping for texture in the background for a more "worn" look.

Card 2- Wicked

This second card, uses a cute girl dressed as a witch (stamp set from my stash).

She is coloured in using Prima Watercolors.

I also used a Wrought Iron die-cut (from my stash) which I coloured using green/gold/brown to achieve a rust effect.

I felt like she needed something in the bottom left corner so I added a pumpkin.

I love this card!

She is not wicked at all....sort of cute wicked- like she had too much chocolate!

Card 3- Boo

This card is another one of my favourites- a clean and bright card where I stamped characters and elements straight onto the card front (instead of glueing them on as I usually do for fear of stuffing up!).

It looks like the cat did a spell on the pumpkins and they erupted with a funnel that came up to say "Boo".

I later added some stars and magic whirl to emphasis this.

So here are my 3 cards together!

This die set has SO many possibilities!!!
