Glitter Spring Cards ~ Sparkle and Wicked

Hi everyone, Has anyone ever sent you a big bottle of green glitter? Nuvo Pure Sheen Glitter What does one do with a big bottle of green glitter? Just kidding!!! As soon as I saw that bottle of glitter I knew that I was going to use it compare texture paste against matt medium. Remember this stencil by Kaisercraft?  It was perfect for my little experiment. For card #2, I used Liquitex Matt Medium and once again poured on some glitter.  I perhaps added a little more glitter here as matt medium is a lot runnier than texture paste so I attempted to achieve the same thick paste so that I didn't get any seeping u...

Flower Jars for Artist Trading Cards ~ September ATC Swap

I then used my Sakura watercolors to color them in one night while we were watching Australian Survivor (are you watching that??). I then broke out my Pixscan mat (LOVE THIS BABY) and asked it to pretty please fussy cut them for me .... and voila!!! Check it out !!  I am so happy to be at this stage of using my Cameo for crafting :) Next it was time to make a background for my ATCs. I used an A4 piece of mixed media paper and I created a frenzy.  I didn't take a picture at this stage but I have a picture of it at this stage when I had cut the...
